Challenge

Syfe was a fast-growing investment platform whose robo-advisory offering resonated with the mass market, but the brand had yet to credibly establish itself as a holistic investment partner for high-net-worth investors.


Approach

To unlock this next phase of growth, we led a 360° rebrand and launch campaign to sharpen Syfe’s market position and value proposition. This work fundamentally reframed our audience strategy, evolving the tone of voice, visual identity, motion-first design system, and brand marketing approach to more convincingly speak to discerning, wealth-focused clients.


Impact

In partnership with YouGov, our brand impact study found that perceptions of Syfe as a premium investment platform increased by over 240% among pre- and post-rebrand TAM respondents (n=400), while trust scores rose by 73% in qualitative feedback (n=30).
