Defined and developed global illustration and creative guidelines with the Illustration team from scratch, bearing in mind scalability across platforms and local markets, and coherency with the existing UI/UX design systems.

To date, the illustration assets number in the thousands, spanning across different markets and varying campaigns.

Two different illustration systems were developed – one from 2018 to 2020 as an initial pilot to establish and align illustrations as a fundamental aspect of the design system.

The other updated version was created in mid 2020, which is still in usage, was developed as part of the rebrand – introducing a new vibrant palette, and more exploratory forms.
